THE CANDIDATE
Key talent attributes: Project management professional with experience in analytics, presentation mastery, cross-functional coordination, and business acumen. Ability to distill analytics and metrics in a meaningful way to business leaders. Strong communicator with skills to funnel data in and disseminate direction out based on key insights. Comfortable escalating project risks to leaders in a meaningful way. Engaging professional to coordinate global team to meeting program timelines, budget, and objectives. Ability to work independently once direction is established. Quick to learn and onboard efficiently. Asks inquisitive, big picture questions with a bias toward action.
In the role of Business Continuity Program Manager, you will be…
• Responsible for assessing data management systems, distilling information into a succinct and meaningful way that generates a roadmap and progress tracker
• Manage the program management office tracking actions, milestones, deliverables, and more
• Work in partnership with Resilience portfolio teammates to relay metrics and portfolio updates that represent business continuity progress
• Convey information to deliver case studies related to business risk exposure
• Aggregate assessment metrics for business continuity engagement lifecycle
• Apply contextual overlay of information to drive business decisions of the Business Continuity leadership team
• Manage complex calendars and deliver results against timelines and objectives
• Own project deliverables in partnership with Business Continuity leadership team
• Equip leaders with talking points based on project milestones
• Define value of key project deliverables
• Centralize weekly updates from multiple teammates globally
• Deliver trainings and provide guidance on project tracking toolkits
• Manage dynamic change and transform outputs based on audience and business decision requirements
• Become familiar with Business Continuity terminology to develop perspective and gauge how inputs across key projects meet strategic priorities
• Streamline communication across teammates, generate recaps, and publish updates
• Flexibility in job duties and role based on forecasted deadlines and commitments to ensure project success
• Act with discretion and maintain confidentiality
The successful candidate will be a highly organized, solution-oriented professional with experience facilitating complex conversations. The role will work with cross-functional teams to aggregate, study, and then further disseminate information. The individual will work well in a matrixed environment with a bias toward action and capable of motivating others. The candidate can show the ability to excel in change management and succeed in ambiguous environments through building program and process excellence.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• B.S., B.A. in relevant field required
• PMP and CBCP certification preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Continuity Program Management and Project Management
• Effective communication and project management skills with ability to influence others
• Experience using tracking systems for intelligence and data gathering
• Proficient in core technology applications; Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint/Keynote, SharePoint, Smartsheet.

• Ability to function independently, under pressure, and perform multiple tasks simultaneously
• Possess a collaborative work ethic, professional maturity, and a positive attitude with the ability to work with teammates globally
