Job description

This is a remote position.


Scope:

  • Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM Citrus Heights, CA time with 1 hour unpaid lunch break (40 hours per week)

  • Remote work possibility, but must be available during Pacific Standard Time hours

  • Use of company-provided software systems (CRM, email, VoIP)

  • Handling of confidential client and financial information

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule jobs with property owners and occupants

  • Update task details and service information after job completion

  • Facilitate communication between on-site workers and the office

  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry for material receipts

  • Handle incoming customer calls during business hours

  • Prepare and send invoices to clients based on services provided and materials used

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and data entry

  • Ability to work during Pacific Standard Time business hours

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Basic understanding of bookkeeping principles

  • Excellent customer service orientation
