Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Full-time (40 hours a week), Tuesday - Saturday 9 am PST - 6 pm CA, PST (includes 1 hr unpaid break)

Scope:

  • Handle approximately 300 active cases in various stages of the document retrieval process

  • Work exclusively for the clients, focusing solely on our clients and processes

  • Potential to earn performance-based bonuses of up to $250 per month for top performers

Responsibilities:

  • Contact clients to retrieve necessary documents for bankruptcy filing, including bank statements and IDs

  • Guide clients, especially those who are elderly or tech-challenged, through the document submission process

  • Upload and organize client documents in Dropbox according to company standards

  • Nurture client relationships to ensure all required documentation is obtained in a timely manner

  • Use Time Doctor for accurate time tracking and productivity monitoring

  • Manage a high volume of cases simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met

  • Collaborate with the broader team to continuously improve processes and enhance client experience




Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (Bilingual English and Vietnamese)

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and patience when dealing with challenging situations

  • Proficiency in using digital tools such as Dropbox and time tracking software

  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) with a dedicated schedule

  • Experience in customer service or client relations preferred

  • Basic understanding of financial or legal documents is a plus

  • Comfortable working in a remote environment with a focus on productivity and results

  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with utmost care
