Job Description

As the AU RTO Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for:
  • Using PowerPro database, email, Microsoft Office, and Google Apps to download and organize student assessment data.
  • Automating and managing Outlook calendars to streamline scheduling and communication.
  • Responding to and corresponding with students, addressing enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Creating, locating, and storing information logically in files for easy access and future reference.
  • Ensuring data entry accuracy and maintaining a high level of attention to detail in all administrative tasks.
  • Supporting the RTO team with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as an AU Admin Assistant within the RTO field.
  • Australian Certified.
  • Excellent data entry skills and high attention to detail.
  • Strong professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to create, locate, and store information logically within files and databases.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Apps, and PowerPro database.
  • Experience in automating administrative tasks or using calendar management tools.
