Sales Compensation Support Analyst

Job scope/summary:
Sales Compensation (SC) support/analyst provides support to SC (Sales Compensation) Advisors who interact daily with Sales people from Commercial Organization. His/her role is to handle new requests and maintain standard processes. SC support/analyst has full ownership of his/her tasks and is responsible for all related communication in case of process changes and important updates. The SC support/analyst should work closely with SC Advisors, team peers and/or other functions within Sales Ops to deliver best in class support and to continuously adapt to the changing business needs and targets
Job specifics/responsibilities:
- Maintain the standard sales compensation process on day to day for a given sales organization vs customized support
- Streamline & automate SC processes to enhance reps' experience
- Operational activities, workday activities, liability mgt, daily perf. tracking report, customized support, etc
- Ongoing Performance checking
- Anaplan/Readiness activities
- ICR tracking
- Payment/HR Checks
- Recurrent Recoveries (Data and Credit)
Key deliverables/accountabilities:
- Strict observation of and compliance with the HP procedures/policies
- Strict adherence to Labor legislation
- Timely preparation of deliverables, providing regular updates and follow up
- Adapting to meet the changing business needs and targets
- Responsible to gain business knowledge to be expert in the HP front/backend tools, systems and metrics that would be in scope of the role
- Perform analysis that contributes to the improvement of tools/process gaps
Education (degree) and professional experience required:
- University Degree or equivalent
- Experience in virtual team environment and customer support would be a plus
- Proven analytical skills coupled with willingness to continuously learn
- Computer literacy, curious to work with various technical tools to gain efficiencies
Other requirements:
- Fluent English
- Other European languages knowledge would be an asset
