Responsibilities

  • People Connection and Culture Building
  • Be the go-to person for colleagues' inquiries and concerns in the EMEA Regions, providing not just answers but solutions.
  • Resolve employee relations issues with a perfect blend of professionalism and empathy.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Choreograph new employee orientation sessions, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Facilitate smooth offboarding procedures, including exit interviews and documentation.
  • Work closely with HR team members, department leaders, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist in cross-functional HR projects and initiatives.


People Operations Framework

  • Be the heartbeat of our EMEA HR operations, ensuring day-to-day processes run smoothly.
  • Contribute to HR programs boosting employee engagement, retention, and performance.
  • Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of cutting-edge HR policies, guidelines, and procedures.
  • Communicate HR policies and procedures with finesse, ensuring consistent adherence.


People Operations Administration

  • Field basic benefits-related inquiries, showcasing HR knowledge and dedication to employee well-being.
  • Navigate the complexities of immigration processes for international colleagues, ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Foster collaboration with our internship programs at our Budapest Office, facilitating an exceptional experience as well as support.
  • Administer day-to-day people operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
  • Prepare regular reports on key HR metrics and trends.
  • Utilize data to provide insights and support decision-making within the HR function.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluency in Hungarian and English.
  • Your superpower lies in the art of connecting with empathy – effortlessly building trust and fostering connections at every level within the organization.
  • You possess the finesse of a secret agent when it comes to maintaining the utmost confidentiality.
