Job Purpose:

Inspect, control, and monitor each step of dispensing, manufacturing, and packaging by performing intermittent testing and online batch file auditing to ensure timely releases to meet the marketing requirements and production schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Batch Record review and Product Release/review batch documentation, Quality control test results and all other Documents associates with Release of Finished Products.
• Support of RCAs & Customer Complaint Investigation, Deviation & Change control management in operations.
• Perform routine GEMBA of various production area and Support in all GMP audits.
• Review and Approval changes of master batch documents.
• Escalate Documentation Errors with intention of improving documentation and Record Right first time.
• QMS Gap Analysis, SOP Review & approve, CAPAs.
• Document incidents of GMP Violations and Product Quality Complaints.
• Lead the investigation of deviations reported in the ownership of Operational Quality and ensure that all deviations are closed within the established timelines.
• Perform and lead Management monitoring (Self inspection) to identify good practices and observations in department with developed CAPA/action plan along with its timely completion as per approved schedule.
• Actively support timely completion of site DI plan deliverables, participate in DI forums, and share DI communications with team via daily DI Talk.
• Perform physical testing of all products as per BMR/BPR requirements.
• Perform in-process monitoring of all production activities at defined intervals.
• Sampling of Products at different stage as per defined procedure.
• Verification of Line Clearance and perform in-process checks as per defined procedure.
• Maintain Equipment usage logbooks.
• Management of document archive and sample retention room.
• Ensure instruments of IPC Laboratory are calibrated as per defined frequency.
• Comply and ensure compliance to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), Quality and other related policies, guidelines, and requirements as applicable by law and Haleon Corporate Guidelines.
• Comply and ensure compliance to Environment, Health and Safety policies, guidelines, and requirements as applicable by law and Haleon Corporate Guidelines.
• Any other responsibility assigned from time to time as per business requirements.

Skills and Competencies:

• Pharm D. or MSc (Chemistry or Microbiology)
• Minimum 3 to 4 years’ experience in Pharmaceutical Industry (preferably in quality or production domains)
• Ability to engage and works well works well in cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and documentation skills
