We’re looking for a Developer Relations Engineer with 3–5 years of technical experience, ideally with a background in SVM-based dApps, to help grow and support the FOGO developer community.

Developer Enablement: Design resources, guides, and examples to help validators to integrate with Fogo and developers to build on the platform. Communicate critical software changes and their impact to all key stakeholders
Developer Support: Engage and provide hands-on support to the community of validators and developers via social channels
Developer Tooling: Support the scaling and curation of the toolchain for Fogo developers
Documentation Excellence: Own and oversee technical documentation including docs, blog posts, tutorials, videos, etc. to address knowledge gaps and accelerate partners’ understanding and collaboration around the Fogo ecosystem
Community Building: Attend and speak at technical events around the globe including meetups, hackathons, and conferences with the aim of fostering an engaged community of Fogo developers. Translate changes in the software to connect projects with potentially mutually beneficial partners
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Fogo core engineering, business development and marketing teams to identify opportunities for improvement based on developer feedback and market opportunities

Experience: 5+ years in technical roles, ideally as a software engineer within an L1 or L2 project from its early days.
Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with developer tooling for SVM and dapps written in Rust, with excellent technical writing skills
Developer Focus: Passion for distributed systems and focus on developer success
Problem-solving: Scrappy, low ego, self-motivated, looking to dive right in to solve interesting problems and delight stakeholders
Startup Mindset: Comfortable with fast-paced tech environments while able to communicate effectively across teams
