Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient and scalable automated workflows that align with our business goals.
• Build and deploy solutions using Zapier and other low-code platforms, integrating with existing systems and APIs.
• Develop systems to monitor and analyze workflow performance, identifying areas for improvement and proactively addressing issues.
• Stay abreast of emerging automation technologies and trends to identify opportunities for further innovation.

Requirements

• A proven track record of automating complex processes using Zapier and other low code tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a product engineering mindset.
• Proficiency in agile development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
• Familiarity with APIs, data manipulation, and system integrations.
• Ability to write scripts or basic code in a relevant language (e.g., JavaScript, Python) as needed.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced working environment.
• Experience with database building is a plus.
