Mental Health Counselor (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT) Role Available in California

We have openings for licensed Mental Health Therapists in California to provide virtual care as independent contractors.

Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, diagnose, and provide treatment for adults and adolescents experiencing mental health challenges.
  • Deliver telehealth therapy sessions through secure video and phone platforms, ensuring the highest standard of care.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient well-being.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation, treatment plans, and progress notes.

Compensation: $110,000 to $130,000 per year, plus benefits

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Active LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD license in California.
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • Strong ability to connect with clients and foster therapeutic relationships.
  • Detail-oriented approach to session management and documentation.
