Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will focus on financial reporting, treasury operations, and ensuring the accuracy of financial data. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting:
Assist in the preparation of monthly PL/BS reporting.
Collect and consolidate monthly expense data from all accounting departments across multiple countries.
Reconciliation of expenses on the level of reporting and accounting systems ensures accuracy.
Budgeting of operational costs with further plan/fact variance analysis and reporting.
Creation of technical assignments for reporting automation.
Proactively suggest areas for operational cost efficiency improvement.
Treasury Operations:
Manage the company bank account balance, including setting contracts for currency control, currency conversion, and credit funds.
Interact with banks to open/close current accounts, track unreceived money transfers, and manage credit limits.
Payments:
Monitor approval deadlines for vendor invoices.
Adjust approval paths for new employees.
Reimbursement and Salary:
Collect invoices for salary payment (contractors).
Manage reimbursement tasks, including checking and coordinating expenses.
Collaboration and Communication:
Communicate effectively with teams to gather feedback and ensure accurate financial postings.
Work closely with the finance department to ensure the correct posting of PL expenses and margins, including tax aspects, in Business Central.
