Role Overview: The Referral Promo Manager will be instrumental in amplifying the referral share in purchases at Novakid. This role involves crafting, executing, and optimizing referral strategies and also managing social media marketing (SMM) to enhance visibility and engagement of our referral programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase referral participation among existing customers.

  • Create and oversee the dissemination of promotional content across various platforms, including social media, to boost referral program visibility and participation.

  • Collaborate with analytics to monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of referral campaigns and SMM efforts.

  • Work closely with the content and design teams to generate compelling and brand-aligned social media content that promotes the referral program.

  • Enhance the user experience of the referral process, ensuring a smooth and engaging journey from referral to purchase.

  • Design and manage innovative incentive schemes to increase customer engagement and program participation.

  • Conduct ongoing market research to stay current with industry trends and gather insights for strategy optimization.
