Job description

Smartrecruiter/Avature Technical Admin
REMOTE
Duration: 12 Months+

 
Must have skills:             
  • 3 year's experience with handling smart recruiters and Avatare as an implementation analyst or consultant
 
Nice to have skills           
  • communication skills
  • able to speak business language
  • familiarity with ServiceNow and JIRA, Workday
 
Roles and responsibilities:          
  • managing tickets and analyzing tickets while also working with the business for end-user experience
  • Gather requirements from business units and configure them in SmartRecruiters and Avatare
  • Defect investigation in SmartRecruiters and Avatare
 
Education/Experience
  • Bachelor degree in technical fields such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
 
Qualifying Question:
  • How much experience do you have in SmartRecruiters?
  • How much experience do you have in Avature?
  • How much experience do you have in Workday Recruiting or HCM?
