As a Sr Full Stack Developer, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of web applications using Node.js and React. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and specifications. Additionally, you will provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables and fostering a culture of learning and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of web applications using Node.js and React.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and specifications.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and security best practices are met.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to suggest improvements and optimizations.
  • Facilitate effective communication within the team and between departments to ensure project alignment and success.
  • Contribute to architecture discussions and decisions, ensuring scalability and maintainability of the solutions.

  • Must-have Skills:
  • Solid experience with Node.js and React.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
  • Experience in a leadership role, with a focus on team collaboration and mentorship.

  • Nice-to-have Skills:
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks and practices for both frontend and backend development.
