LOCATION: Apply Digital is hybrid/remote friendly. The preferred candidate should be based in the Greater Toronto Area of Canada, working in hours that align to ET.
THE ROLE:
We are looking for a seasoned Change Management Lead to excel on our growing strategy team! In this role, you will spearhead the creation and implementation of organizational change management plans while offering strategic guidance and mentorship to both internal teams and client stakeholders. Your leadership will drive end-to-end change initiatives that ensure the successful deployment of large-scale Information Technology products and services.
As a Change Management Lead, you will take a hands-on role in designing impactful strategies, fostering stakeholder alignment, and ensuring seamless adoption of new systems and processes within complex projects. This position demands a forward-thinking, solutions-oriented leader who can effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders, engage with senior leadership, and inspire teams to consistently deliver exceptional outcomes.
Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive organizational change management strategies tailored to client needs, taking ownership of change initiatives.Act as a strategic advisor to client leadership, providing guidance on change management challenges and solutions at an executive level.Collaborate with senior stakeholders to create and communicate change management roadmaps, including transition plans for digital and IT solutions.Oversee the execution of change management plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and timely delivery of outcomes.Develop and implement robust training programs to support digital transformation, tailoring content for diverse audiences and skill levels.Engage in stakeholder analysis and change readiness assessments, guiding engagement strategies and fostering buy-in across all levels of the organization.Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring the successful adoption of new technologies and processes.Establish and track change management metrics to measure the impact and success of initiatives, leveraging insights to drive continuous improvement.Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering their professional growth and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality change management practices.Facilitate and lead cross-functional collaboration, empowering teams to execute innovative solutions that advance organizational goals.Participate in proposal creation and pitching for new tracks of change management work with new and existing clients.Stay informed on industry best practices and emerging trends, integrating them into change management methodologies to drive successful outcomes.Represent the organization as a change management expert in client meetings and industry events, showcasing thought leadership and expertise.REQUIREMENTS:Minimum of 7 years of experience in designing and leading organizational change management plans, with a demonstrated ability to manage large, complex initiatives.Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and mentoring team members in a professional services or consulting environment.A versatile background in People, Business, and Technology with experience in Digital Product, Digital Strategy, or Digital Transformation projects.Change management certification (e.g., Prosci ADKAR) is required. Agile change management training is highly desirable.Specific experience in leading change and training initiatives for platforms such as marketing automation, loyalty management, e-commerce, customer data platforms, analytics, and content management.Comprehensive change management experience complemented by a versatile background in People, Business, and Technology, ideally with a focus on Human Capital, People & Change, or Organizational Development, to ensure adaptability and flexibility in our dynamic environment.Expertise in change management methodologies and best practices, with a strong focus on delivering measurable business results.Demonstrated ability to build and foster partnerships with senior client stakeholders and internal leadership.Experience in developing and implementing metrics to measure change management success.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels.Ability to navigate both traditional and agile project methodologies, ensuring flexibility and adaptability in dynamic environments.A proactive, hands-on approach to leadership, with a passion for developing people and driving organizational change.
