About the role
We are on the hunt for a versatile and dynamic Social Media and Communications Executive with a knack for creating disruptive social media campaigns to drive our ambitious growth initiatives.
You will be responsible for helping to maximise reach and engagement, and grow our audiences, across our social media channels with exciting content. You will plan, create, schedule and report upon a range of social media activity to help us achieve our objectives and meet agreed targets.
You will play a crucial role in contributing to a professional, engaging, and informative stream of content to consistently boost awareness and advocacy for our brand, products, and solutions. Youâll be expected to ideate and deliver content that will be shared across platforms, reaching current and new audiences. Alongside delivery, youâll adapt your content based on insights and analytics.
You will work within the Marketing Communications team, which handles PR, marketing communications, research, and events (both digital and physical). Youâll also collaborate with the wider marketing team, aligning efforts with our content and partnerships, and in-house creative teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
What Youâll Be Doing
Content Creation and Strategy:
- Develop and execute bold, creative social media campaigns that capture attention and drive engagement.
- Ideate fresh and exciting ways (including video content) to promote products, services, events, and partnerships across the business in an engaging way for our audiences, leveraging social media platforms to raise brand awareness and foster brand advocacy, driving client acquisition and retention.
- Support PR initiatives and campaigns (including market research): Assist in sharing content and driving the brand story across social media platforms to enhance public relations efforts and increase brand visibility.
Trends & Insights:
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to enhance creative strategies. Lead the adoption of AI technologies to scale and shape our content
- Analyse historical performance data to identify successful elements and inform future content iterations.
- Owning and reporting on key social media growth metrics
- Stay ahead with brands and discover perfect partnerships to elevate our impact and growth.
- Generate innovative content ideas and respond proactively to emerging trends in our industry.
What Weâre Looking For
- At least 2 yearsâ experience with content creation, social media strategy, and analytics
- Strong writing and communication skills: Ability to write short-form content in a clear and engaging content.
- Creativity: Develop unique and compelling social media campaigns.
- Technical proficiency: Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms (HubSpot).
- Attention to detail: Ensure posts are error-free and align with the brandâs voice.
- Time management: Handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Analytical skills: Interpret data and make informed decisions based on insights.
- Interpersonal skills: Work effectively with team members and engage with the online community.
- Knowledge of public relations campaigns desirable.

Our interview process involves 4 main stages:

30-minute video call with Hiring Manager and one other team member
Final Interview and task with two members of the team
