What is the Role?

As Director of Enterprise New Business Sales , you will lead the team of Account Executives responsible for acquiring new business while contributing as an individual contributor to meet revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of Account Executives
  • Set team goals, monitor performance, and provide regular coaching and feedback
  • Develop and execute a scalable sales strategy for enterprise new business
  • Ensure adoption of best practices, including MEDDICC/MEDDPICC frameworks and outbound motions
  • Personally manage a portfolio of high-value prospects to drive revenue
  • Assist in closing key deals and building relationships with enterprise decision-makers
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies
  • Report on team performance and pipeline to senior leadership



Requirements


  • 5+ years of experience in complex enterprise SaaS sales, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Strong track record of individual quota attainment and team revenue growth
  • Expertise in MEDDICC/MEDDPICC frameworks and outbound lead generation strategies
  • Proven ability to mentor and coach high-performing sales teams
  • Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, with a willingness to travel
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and other sales enablement tools
  • Expertise in leading and navigating complex sales processes efficiently

Advantages:

  • GovTech experience, industry experience is a plus
