Your Tasks:
Harmonization, standardization and digitalization of existing processes
Entering, updating and maintaining data in SAP systems
Customizing processes in our HCM tool Workday
Supporting the optimization of processes in the area of data entry
Ensuring data quality and carrying out plausibility checks
Collaborating with various specialist departments to coordinate data requirements and processing
Support with administrative tasks
Your Profile:
Enrolled student (m/f/d) in a relevant degree program (e.g. economics, computer science, business administration or similar)
Initial experience with SAP an advantage, but not a must
Confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel)
Affinity for processes and technology
Careful and structured way of working
Ability to work in a team, reliability and initiative
Good knowledge of German and English
