Job description

Clearwater Analytics is looking for a dynamic Field Marketing Lead to drive high-impact revenue generation strategies targeting asset owners and allocators. In this pivotal role, you’ll craft and execute field marketing programs that engage top financial decision-makers, leveraging your fintech and programmatic expertise to fuel growth in a market primed for transformation. In this role, you will design and execute marketing strategies that engage institutional investors across the private and public sectors. You will develop integrated campaigns, events, and account-based marketing (ABM) programs to drive demand, accelerate pipeline, and increase revenue.

This senior-level role requires a highly experienced marketing professional with more than 10 years of expertise in B2B marketing, particularly in financial services.

Asset Allocators: Pensions, Endowments and foundations, Corporate Treasures, Sovereign Wealth Funds, Public Sector Allocators, Family Officers, and Investment Consultants.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning and Leadership

  • Develop and execute a field marketing strategy targeting asset allocators across the private and public sectors, aligned with Clearwater’s global marketing and sales objectives.

  • Partner with sales leadership to prioritize key accounts to build tailored marketing programs to drive results.

  • Create messaging and campaigns that highlight Clearwater’s value proposition and address the unique challenges of public and private asset allocators.

Campaign and Event Management

  • Plan and execute a range of high-impact marketing tactics, including executive roundtables, hosted events, tradeshows, webinars, and targeted digital campaigns.

  • Lead ABM initiatives for high-priority accounts within both private and public-sector organizations.

  • Ensure seamless execution of events and campaigns, with measurable outcomes such as pipeline influence, deal velocity, and ROI.

Collaboration and Enablement

  • Collaborate with product marketing to create tailored content and sales enablement materials for asset allocators.

  • Align with demand generation teams to develop complementary digital campaigns that drive engagement.

  • Partner with sales to gather insights, refine strategies, and deliver impactful programs that accelerate opportunities.

Measurement and Optimization

  • Define KPIs and track the performance of all field marketing initiatives, including pipeline contribution and marketing-sourced revenue.

  • Use data and insights to optimize campaigns and events, ensuring maximum impact continuously.

  • Provide detailed performance reports and insights to marketing and sales leadership.

Key Qualifications

  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in field marketing, ABM, or demand generation, focusing on financial services.

  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of asset allocators, including their operational needs, regulatory challenges, and decision-making processes across private and public sectors.

  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with senior-level sales and marketing stakeholders.

  • Event Expertise: Extensive experience planning and executing events targeting senior decision-makers in asset allocation.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong data-driven decision-making capabilities, with experience tracking ROI and pipeline contribution.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.

Salary Range

$144,000.00 - $204,000.00

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health/vision/dental insurance, 401(k), PTO, parental leave, and medical leave, STD/LTD insurance benefits.
