As a Project engineer (d/m/f), you will be responsible for leading the discipline of Mechanical / Process (Clean Utilities) within dedicated engineering project groups on investment projects led by Inženiring Lek / Sandoz Slovenia. As a Project Engineer, you will support project managers and related area managers in achieving project objectives related to functionality, GMP and HSE compliance within the approved scope, budget and timelines.

Your key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Responsibility for transforming user requirements (URS) into detailed technical solutions for the assigned systems, units, or equipment. Supporting vendors in finding and defining appropriate technical solutions according to URS.
- Responsibility for supporting or leading the preparation of design documentation, configuration guides, and commissioning documentation.
- Responsibility for creating required documentation for the procurement, commissioning, and qualification processes.
- Responsibility for preparing, organizing, leading, and executing the Design Qualification (DQ) process for related sub-areas, systems, units, or equipment of the project.
- Responsibility for installing, configuring, and commissioning discipline components according to design documentation.
- Responsibility for the execution and safety within his/her discipline (civil works, construction, mechanical, electrical, automation, commissioning, qualification, etc.).
- Responsibility for assuring that all steps for commissioning and qualification are conducted according to Sandoz strategy.
- Responsibility for ensuring that the vendor meets all pre-defined requirements and timelines within his/her scope for the assigned tasks.
What you will bring to the role:
- Degree in Mechanical engineering (Dipl. Ing. / M. Sc. / B. Sc.) or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering or operations type roles.
- Knowledge of the processes for preparing and distributing clean utilities (purified water, water for injection, pure steam, technical gases, etc.)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English and proficient in local language.
