The Role

Modern Health is looking to hire a talented Provider Recruiting Team member! Our Providers are the freelance Mental Health Professionals (Coaches, Therapists, Doctors and Nurse Practitioners) who provide care in and through our platform. In this role, you’ll be responsible for recruiting and onboarding Providers. You will build relationships with Providers in various locations around the world in order to recruit them into our networks. We are looking for highly-motivated individuals to execute a recruitment process that provides a meaningful, positive experience for potential Providers that instills our company values and brand. The ideal candidate is comfortable working on high volume recruiting and looks forward to the challenge of constantly testing and iterating on processes.

This position is not eligible to be performed in Hawaii.

What You'll Do
  • Recruit therapists (LMHCs, LCSWs, LPCs, LMFTs) and mental health coaches (ICFs)
  • Develop, implement, and execute strategies to achieve monthly therapist and coach recruitment targets
  • Oversee and coordinate the end-to-end provider recruitment process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness at every stage
  • Organize and manage interview schedules and follow-up meetings to facilitate a streamlined recruitment process
  • Respond promptly and professionally to candidates' questions and concerns, providing necessary information and support
  • Utilize structured interview processes and assessment tools to comprehensively evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
  • Employ various assessment tools to assess the competencies and suitability of potential therapists and coaches
  • Maintain a strict focus on quality and compliance standards, ensuring that recruited therapists and coaches meet the high standards set by Modern Health
  • Work closely with Sourcing Specialists to optimize candidate pipelines and collaborate with the Onboarding team to ensure a seamless transition for recruited therapists and coaches
Who You Are
  • Degree or experience in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
  • 2+ years of proven experience in recruitment, sales, or human resources, particularly in the mental health or coaching industry
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiarity with therapeutic and coaching practices is advantageous
  • Demonstrates empathy and understanding in interactions with therapists and coaches
  • Possesses industry knowledge and stays abreast of mental health and coaching trends
  • Adaptable to changing priorities and dynamic recruitment environments
  • Culturally competent, ensuring inclusivity in the recruitment process
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in using Salesforce and Looker for enhanced efficiency
  • Strong networking skills to build and maintain mental health and coaching community relationships
  • Practical problem-solving skills to identify and implement solutions in the recruitment process
  • Meticulous attention to detail in evaluating candidates' qualifications and ensuring compliance with quality standards
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work seamlessly with various teams
