JOB OVERVIEW:
As an Organic Strategist at GR0 Agency, you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies for our clients, as well as implementing our core strategies to drive growth. You will collaborate closely with our media buying and strategy teams.
If you have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Amazon FBA field, are proficient with Amazon Seller Central, and enjoy strategizing with clients to help their businesses thrive, we want to hear from you! Duties/Responsibilities:Heavily Strategic Across Multiple Platforms: Develop and implement comprehensive advertising strategies on retail media platforms, including Amazon, Walmart, Target, and/or TikTok Shop.Thorough Execution: Propose, develop and execute brand strategy including channel selection, product strategy, pricing strategy and go-to market approachPlatform Expertise: Maintain a strong understanding of retail media best practices and platform-specific advertising features. Analyze brand performance and recommend strategies to grow business. Project & Time Management: Exhibit excellent project management skills by utilizing tools like ClickUp to organize tasks, track project progress, and ensure timely delivery optimizations.Innovative Strategies: Identify and execute the marketing roadmap and program innovation to drive this vision using Promos, Coupons, Affiliate, etc. to build awareness and improve conversion rate & rank.Assortment Management: Coordinate with clients to collect necessary product descriptions and pricing. Maintain quality control of the catalog, ensuring all information is accurate and that product and pricing updates are consistent with our website.Organic Metrics: Measure and report on category/item performance as well as provide suggestions on continuous improvement strategies to improve catalog performance. Identify and report opportunities for product sales conversion using merchandising, enhanced content and A/B testingDemand Forecasting: Lead demand forecasting, developing accurate scenarios in collaboration with other internal functions and iterate these as demand and supply conditions evolve.Market Research: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling on marketplace, eCommerce, and the digital industry to help stakeholders stay ahead of trendsCross-Functional Teamwork: Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, support, and product teams to align advertising efforts with business goals.Feedback Implementation: Prepare and present performance reports and insights to stakeholders, showcasing initiatives and outcomes.Team Building and leadership: Develop, mentor, and retain an exceptionally high performing Amazon team by providing leadership, support, and motivation to the team members.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Maintain <5% monthly churn in your book of business.Ensure 100% communication on client conversations related to strategy & feedback.Manage 5-8 accounts.Required Skills/Abilities:Degree in Business, Public Relations, Marketing, Advertising, Communications or equivalent preferredOverachiever & displays influential leadership skillsMinimum 2-3 years of experience in a brand management role with the Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central channels and Ecommerce marketplaces and etailersExperience with digital assets, A+/EBC content, SEO, Copywriting and Parent/Child VariationsStrong understanding of eCommerce Metrics and use of dataExperience building processes and reporting that allow your efforts to impact brands at scaleEntrepreneurial, self starter seeking to grow our clients business and drive positive resultsExperience with multiple retail channels a plus: Walmart, TikTok Shop, Target, Instacart, etc.Great communication skills both written and oral, with a strong attention to detailGreat organization, the ability to balance client timelines and business needs, across multiple clientsExperience presenting to senior-level client contacts during executive summaries or QBRs.Amazon tools/software experience: familiar with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Pacvue, Keepa, etc.Knowledge about how marketing and performance affect the purchase funnelNear genius in Google Suite & Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)Understanding of design & catalog layouts, digital photography, graphic fundamentals, and typographyStrong understanding of branding and the customer experience in reference to big and small brand accountsAbility to adjust quickly in fast paced environments without the expense of performancePhysical Requirements:Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.What does the hiring process entail?Stage 1 (Recruiter Screen) - After you submit your application, our recruitment team will review and reach out to candidates.
