Job Title: Treasury & Cash Management Specialist

Job Location: Remote

Job Shift: US PST Shift (8 pm-5 am, IST)

We're looking for a Treasury & Cash Management Specialist to join us and expand our Team. Responsibilities and Duties

Cash & Liquidity Management

Prepare Cash Liquidity Reports for investors.

Manage Weekly Cash Reconciliation Files and Monthly Consolidated Cash Reconciliations.

Ensure proper cash transaction uploads in NetSuite for multiple entities

Payments & Banking Operations

Handle Tipalti bank payments marking, bank wires, intercompany transfers, and Tipalti fundings.

Support AP cleanup and reconciliation.

Cross-Functional Coordination

Work closely to cross-check and ensure all cash entries are recorded accurately in NetSuite.

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Cash Management, Treasury, or Financial Operations.

Strong knowledge of US GAAP and NetSuite is required.

Experience with Tipalti and handling multi-entity cash management is a plus.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reconciliation skills.

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Prior experience in the PST shift is preferred.
