About the Job To widen and strengthen the college completion safety net GradGuard provides, we're searching for a Director of School Success. Are you passionate about empowering student success? Your Responsibilities
Expanding GradGuard's full platform of products and services to your school partners by identifying needs and opportunities across offices on campus (e.g. Housing, Student Financial Services, Risk Management).
Ensuring your school partners are embracing GradGuard's products and services in the most optimal and effective manner (e.g., integrated marketing campaigns to support adoption of the embedded insurance model).
Deepening your relationships with your school partners in order to WOW them and make GradGuard an essential part of how they do business.
You Bring to the Table
You hold a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and value life-long learning.
Prior experience in the higher education market and/or working with Salesforce is preferred.
You are curious and knowledgeable about trends in technology, financial services and education.
Experience with Apple ecosystem, including Keynote, is a plus.
Tech-centric and comfortable with sales tools, able to recommend innovative solutions.
Must be flexible and available to travel up to 30% of the time.
Physical Demands / Working Conditions
Typical work environment for a professional office space.
Primarily a stationary role with occasional movement around the office.
Constant use of a computer, keyboard, mouse, monitor, and other office equipment.
Some evening and weekend work may be required depending on workload.
Occasional overnight travel may be required for work, events, and conferences.
