Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:
  • Contract type: Independent Contractor
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM Florida time with 1 hour unpaid break (40 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Executive Support:

    • Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and ensuring all commitments are organized.

    • Provide reminders and updates on upcoming deadlines and events.

  • Agent Support and Onboarding:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for new insurance agents, ensuring they are guided and supported throughout the onboarding process.

    • Integrate new applications and agent information into company systems.

    • Respond to agent queries on Slack, manage the Slack channel, and provide timely assistance.

  • CRM Management and Reporting:

    • Maintain and update the company’s CRM system with accurate data.

    • Generate reports and provide insights for the CEO to aid decision-making.


Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and CRM platforms. Go high level is a plus.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Self-motivated and proactive in identifying and resolving challenges.
