As an Online Community Engagement Specialist, you will: 

  • Deploy online engagement strategies to grow and nurture our researcher community, increase activity, and drive brand loyalty. 

  • Monitor and analyze online conversations daily, identifying trends and providing actionable insights to internal teams. 

  • Foster meaningful interactions by collaborating with stakeholders to respond effectively to the community. 

  • Support crisis communication plans, preserving brand reputation by swiftly addressing escalated issues. 

  • Identify and engage influencers and brand advocates, amplifying authentic, community-driven conversations. 

  • Analyze engagement metrics and community sentiment to shape future strategies and measure success. 

  • Explore emerging trends and platforms, unlocking new opportunities to connect with fresh audiences. 

  • Collaborate with marketing, customer support, and product teams to ensure alignment and success across community initiatives. 

 

What You’ll Bring to the Team: 

  • Exceptional relationship building skills, with a knack for understanding and advocating for community members. 
  • Deep understanding of platforms (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  • Knowledge of social media analytic tools such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Buffer is a plus
  • The ability to tailor communication for diverse audiences. 
  • Critical thinking, problem solving, and a creative mindset for tackling challenges and driving engagement. 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. 
  • A forward thinking approach, always on the lookout for new ideas and better ways to connect. 

 

Your Experience & Background: 

  • A Bachelor’s degree in communication, digital marketing, or a related field. 

  • At least 3 years of experience in managing and growing global online communities. 

  • A proven track record of driving engagement, boosting brand perception, and fostering loyalty.

This role is office based, excluded from our remote working due to business need and nature of the role. Our offices are based in Madrid and London; it is expected you must be in the office 3 days a week with working from home an option for the rest of the week.
