We are looking for an insights-driven, proactive, and motivated talent to join our team as an Associate Customer Sales Manager (Associate CSM)! The
Associate Customer Sales Manager is an internal sales position that provides business insights and volume growing recommendations through category research to Customer Business Teams (CBT) for our UNFI business on the retail side. The Associate CSM ensures that customer, consumer, and internal information are used to build knowledge and insights that can be used to improve overall performance and results.
Reporting to the Associate Director for our UNFI business, this position will identify & address new and existing business opportunities for our business teams. Due to customer connectivity, we would highly prefer this position to be located in Minnesota.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$88,000.00 - $110,000.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
