The salary range for this role, based in Texas is $97,040.00 to $121,300.00. The range will vary if outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate’s experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.
Job Summary:
As a Market Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our Distributor partners, inspiring them to execute our plans and grow the PR USA Spirits portfolio. You'll lead market-level planning and execution, ensuring our strategies align with regional priorities. Your role is pivotal in tracking performance and driving category growth in your designated channel or geography.

What you’ll do
Drive Net Sales performance across on-premise, independent retail, and retail chain channels.
Execute local-level plans, including strategic initiatives and innovation launches.
Utilize data dashboards to track performance and identify growth opportunities.
Resolve market execution issues with minimal support.
Build and maintain relationships with key accounts to implement retail execution standards.
Ensure brand standards through effective communication and oversight of distributor teams.
Identify and oversee targeted sell-through activities and ensure ROI.
Train, motivate, and develop distributor sales teams.
Monitor retail pricing and recommend pricing strategies.
Own forecasts for your territory and provide monthly performance commentary.

Required qualifications
Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
5-7 years of sales experience in the wine and spirits or consumer goods industry.
Proven success in managing distributor relationships or extensive management experience within the distribution tier.
Travel Requirements : 10%

Our hybrid work style
