Client Executive 

 

We are looking for an experienced Client Executive to provide first-class customer service to a portfolio of high-net-worth clients and assist in driving growth within our Melbourne National team.

 

We have an extensive presence across Australia, with representation in each State capital and an extensive regional branch network.

 

The Client Executive supports the service delivery for a key portfolio of High-Net-Worth clients and is considered a key driver to our long-term growth ambitions in this segment.

 

Joining a high performing team, the Client Executive will work on a Private Client portfolio of existing clients and new client acquisition activities with various Brokers in a support capacity, while also having the opportunity to have the responsibility of working on a portfolio autonomously.

What the day will look like

  • Manage a portfolio for Private Clients
  • High Net Worth Personal Lines and some Commercial lines
  • Renewals, endorsements
  • Negotiate with insurers
  • Support various Client Managers on an existing book of Personal Lines clients and also manage your own book of clients
  • Assisting in delivery of growth and new business 
  • Work directly with support teams to ensure accurate and timely completing of tasks
  • Build strong relationship with clients, internal and external stakeholders

 

Skills and experience that will lead to success

 

This position will suit someone with the following experience:

  • Experience in Personal Lines or a similar role within the insurance industry
  • Commercial Lines (highly regarded)
  • Tier 1 Qualification - Insurance Broking
  • Insurance technical skills
  • Strong client relationship management capabilities
  • First-class communication and presentation skills
  • A passion to grow your career in insurance
