  • Job Title: VIP Sales – Tyres, Batteries, and Engine Oil
  • Type: Full Commission-Based Role
  • Employment Type: Renewable Contract
  • Location: Remote (Candidates must be based in the UAE )

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused VIP Sales to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with excellent sales and customer service skills who can engage with premium customers and upsell our premium range of tyres, batteries, and engine oil services to start with. This is a remote role and offers a fully commission-based compensation structure, providing unlimited earning potential for top performers. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with premium customers, understand their automotive needs, and recommend the most suitable tyres, batteries, and engine oil products and services.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Promote high-value products and premium services to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue generation.
  • Consultative Selling: Provide expert advice and tailored recommendations, educating customers about the benefits of premium products and services.
  • Order Management: Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless order fulfilment and exceptional customer experience.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on the latest industry trends, premium product offerings, and competitor activities to remain an expert in the field.
  • Performance Reporting: Track sales performance and report results to the management team regularly.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be based in UAE
  • Knowledge of tyres, batteries, and engine oils is highly desirable
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably in the automotive sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to upsell and close deals effectively.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently under a commission-based structure.
