As Talent Sourcer, you will leverage a combination of traditional and cutting-edge technologies to discover exceptional talent. You will collaborate closely with our experienced recruiting team to refine our sourcing strategies and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our hiring processes.

Requirements & Skills:

  • 2-3 years experience as Talent Sourcer in IT;
  • Ability to effectively assess resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates;
  • Understanding of the recruitment process: (Job posting, candidate sourcing );
  • Understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market trends;
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS);
  • Experienced in sourcing passive talent;
  • Excellent time management, follow-through and organizational skills;
  • Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, highly team-oriented environment;
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills;
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in candidate records;
  • High level of responsibility, result-focus, and attentiveness
  • Proactive approach and curiosity
  • Promote the company’s culture, values, and unique selling points effectively to candidates, contributing to an increase in offer acceptance;
  • At least an Upper Intermediate level of English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Our recruitment process typically follows these stages:
  1. Application screening
  2. Interview Stages (2 weeks):
    • Prescreening call with Recruiter (60 min)
    • Technical Interview (60 min)
    • Interview with Hiring Manager 
  3. Job Offer
  4. Referrals: Employment and Background Check
