Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT) – California

Position Details:

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth assessments to understand individual client needs.
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans focused on lasting progress.
  • Provide therapy using evidence-based practices.
  • Address urgent mental health situations with professionalism and care.
  • Stay engaged with the latest advancements in mental health treatment.

Compensation: $110,000 to $130,000 annually, plus benefits

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Active LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD license.
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • Ability to build meaningful client relationships through effective communication.
  • Client-centered approach with an emphasis on evidence-based care.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing schedules and documentation.
