We’re looking for a results-driven Product Manager to join our team and take ownership of a specific product area. In this role, you’ll define the product strategy and lead the continuous development of new capabilities, all with a customer-centric focus. This position requires a strong product vision coupled with hands-on experience in delivering successful products from ideation through to launch.

Role and Responsibilities

We’re looking for a Product Manager to own the full product lifecycle, from customer development and ideation to roadmap planning, UX design, and data analysis, all while collaborating closely with our engineering team.

As the key point of contact across engineering, customer success, sales, and marketing, you’ll report directly to the Head of Product and play a pivotal role in shaping both the strategy of your area.

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise, influence the future direction of the product, and improve processes across the entire organization.

  • Own the full product lifecycle for your assigned area, from ideation through delivery.
  • Develop and communicate a clear product strategy and roadmap that aligns with company goals.
  • Continuously identify new opportunities and features based on customer feedback, market trends, and competitive analysis.
  • Work cross-functionally with design, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products in rapid iterations
  • Prioritise and manage the product backlog, balancing short-term goals with long-term vision.
  • Use data-driven insights to drive decision-making and optimize the user experience.
  • Champion continuous improvement in our product and engineering team.

Requirements

  • +3 years of proven experience in product management, particularly in B2B environments.
  • A strong technical knowledge and understanding of how web applications work and are deployed.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to get hands-on and execute.
  • A customer-first mentality with the ability to deeply understand user needs and pain points.
  • Strong communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive initiatives at scale.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies.
  • A background in SaaS businesses as well as with B2B products are desirable
  • Naturally creative with an eye for brilliant design and usability.
  • Experience and passion for the various product management and engineering methodologies - We believe in choosing and adapting methodologies to suit the company size and goals. 
  • Smart, passionate and able to learn new things quickly.
