  • You lead a team of motivated Frontend engineers responsible for the central Frontend platform and component library, empowering them to continually improve their skills, processes, and the quality of their work.

  • You foster a self-organized, collaborative team, aligning their strengths to achieve technical excellence and organizational goals.

  • You closely collaborate with stakeholders, including product and development teams, to ensure the Frontend platform and component library are well-adopted and meet the company’s evolving needs.

  • You promote best practices, including maintaining coding standards, creating efficient CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring high performance, scalability, and observability across all platform components.

  • You define and advocate for a clear, long-term platform vision, balancing immediate needs with scalable, future-proof solutions.

  • You promote clear, actionable documentation to help teams successfully adopt and contribute to the platform.

  • You lead by example as a mentor and empower your team to grow professionally and personally, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and shared success.

Your Qualification:

  • You have at least three years of experience managing a software engineering team, along with several years of hands-on Frontend development experience (preferably with React).

  • You have a deep understanding of modern Frontend development, including design systems, scalable component architecture, accessibility, performance optimization, and observability.

  • You are familiar with modern Frontend tooling such as Nx, webpack/rspack Module Federation, TypeScript, and related technologies, enabling you to support and guide complex architectural decisions.

  • You bring a strategic mindset, with the ability to set and communicate a long-term vision for the platform while balancing short-term priorities such as bug fixes and feature delivery.

  • Experience with large-scale Frontend migration projects is a strong advantage.

  • You thrive as a servant leader, empowering your team to grow and succeed while providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and supportive environment.

  • You have excellent communication skills in English, enabling you to align stakeholders, advocate for the platform’s vision, and bridge technical and non-technical discussions.

  • You are a proactive problem-solver, emphasizing blameless post-mortems, continuous improvement, and knowledge-sharing to build a resilient, high-performing team.
