Position Summary

The role of Corporate Brand Manager will be responsible for the development and execution of Sikich corporate brand strategies that support the overall objectives of the global business and Marketing & Communications objectives. This role is both hands-on and strategic. In partnership with Marketing & Communications and other cross functional team members, the brand manager will develop, nurture and protect the brand and its identity internally and in the marketplace. This role will act as brand steward as the company grows globally and continues to acquire competitor companies/brands

What will you do in this role?

  • Guide the company through a planned brand refresh and manage any future brand refreshes and/or updates. 
  • Develop and uphold brand policies, guidelines and standards across all initiatives for the global organization. 
  • Initiate and develop creative ideas for the corporate website, marketing campaigns and cross-channel digital platforms (social media, etc.).  
  • Develop and design new templates, guidelines and guides for various corporate collateral to encourage efficiency and maintain consistency but also allow for some flexibility in design solutions 
  • Mentor and educate teammates in using updated guides and guidelines  
  • Design, format, and update PowerPoint presentations. 
  • Design and develop materials for various events and trade shows. 
  • Provide suggestions and ideas to improve design materials and internal processes. 
  • Keep abreast of new technologies, theories, practices and techniques related to graphic design and leverage this insight to develop, nurture and protect the Sikich brand and its assets. 
  • Maintain high standards of quality, delivering error-free work, using best practices with keen attention to detail. 
  • Manage the current brand, its identity and assets while helping the company navigate brand management during rapid global organizational growth. 
  • Maintain relationships with vendors. 
     

What do you need to succeed in this role?

  • BA degree in graphic design, fine arts, advertising, or a related field. 
  • 10+ years of design experience, with team and diverse stakeholder management experience preferred. 
  • Fundamental knowledge of core design principles (typography, design & layout, and composition). 
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. 
  • Excellent knowledge of web/digital design - knowledge in HTML, CSS, and Javascript is a plus.  
  • Experience with print production, video storyboarding and design, editing a plus 
  • Experience with data visualization a plus. 
  • Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) with advanced PowerPoint knowledge preferred. 
  • Ability to resolve complex design and communication issues and approach each project with a problem-solving lens. 
  • Demonstrated project management ability to achieve multiple objectives with varying timelines, including vendor management.  
  • Team player and ability to work well and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams. 
  • Results-oriented with high level of initiative and assertiveness. Ability to defend the brand when necessary. Know when to say no.  
  • Understand the complexity of designing for a professional services company and all of the varied audiences (i.e. service areas, employees, potential talent, executive suite)  
  • Experience working with brands who have grown geographically and through acquisition. 
  • Portfolio required.

In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the midpoint of the salary range for this role is $139,765. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
