Regional Sales Manager - DACH

This is what your job and responsibilities look like:

In your new role as a Regional Sales Manager, you'll take charge of planning and executing strategies to help Fieldpiece drive sales, grow market share, and expand branch coverage in the DACH region. You'll travel up to 80% to meet with distributors and end users, build new and elevate existing relationships, collaborate with our commercial team, and participate in business and trade events. If you’re passionate about growing a business and building strong relationships, this position is an excellent opportunity for you!

What skills are we looking for?

• A team player with a proactive attitude
• Technical affinity for mechanical products - preferably with HVACR and/or tools
• Honest, ethical, organized, and the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Ability to prepare reports and business correspondence
• Excellence German and English communication skills
