This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM West Jordan, UT
  • Includes 1 hour unpaid break

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven  SEO Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive traffic, and increase conversions on client websites. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of search engine algorithms, technical SEO, keyword research, content optimization, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website performance.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify high-value search terms.
  • Optimize on-page elements such as title tags, meta descriptions, headers, and URL structures for SEO best practices.
  • Perform technical SEO audits and work with developers to resolve issues such as crawl errors, broken links, and site speed optimization.
  • Create and manage a backlink strategy, including outreach and partnership building.
  • Collaborate with content teams to produce high-quality, SEO-optimized content aligned with search intent.
  • Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry developments.
  • Monitor and report on website performance, including traffic, rankings, and user engagement, using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to align SEO goals with overall business objectives.


Requirements
  • Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics.
  • Fluent English written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, or similar.
  • Basic knowledge of PPC and paid search campaigns.
  • Experience with local SEO and optimizing Google Business Profiles.
