Job description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring our business customers and their end-user clients have an exceptional experience with our platform. A typical day might include:

Customer Support:
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone.
• Providing clear, empathetic, and solutions-oriented assistance to resolve issues.
• Guiding users through platform features and best practices.

Issue Escalation:
• Identifying and diagnosing technical issues requiring development team intervention.
• Logging detailed, organised bug reports or feature requests as tickets for the technical team.

Documentation and Training:
• Assisting in creating, updating, and improving help guides, FAQs, and training materials.
• Developing tutorial videos or walkthroughs for common use cases.

Feedback Collection:
• Designing and implementing customer feedback surveys.
• Analysing feedback to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for platform improvement.

Proactive Outreach:
• Reaching out to customers to ensure they are satisfied and maximising the platform’s potential.
• Sharing updates or tips on new features.

Startup Support:
• Collaborating with the founder and other team members on ad hoc projects to drive the company’s success.
• Taking initiative to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
