About the Role

The Senior Sales Operations Administrator plays a key role in owning and improving our lead to cash/order process by supporting sales staff with operational inquiries, maintaining data integrity between systems, and aligning our internal processes and documentation thereof to allow scalability for rapid growth. This position will help us expand our sales operations team globally into the APAC region, while aligning closely with our US-based sales ops team, and will play a cross functional role between many teams including Sales, Marketing, Channel, and Billing.

Responsibilities

  • Support all aspects of the deal flow through Arctic Wolf’s systems (including customer’s contract and renewal cycle) to maximize effectiveness and reduce the administrative repetitive tasks for the sales representatives and Customer Success Managers (CSMs).

  • Respond to sales representatives and be the in-region subject matter expert relating to leads, quotes, orders, and invoices. Resolve issues and answer quote, order, renewal, and invoice related questions.

  • Verify that the data from contracts is aligned to the financial models and that the appropriate approvals are in place. Audit closed orders to identify misalignments or gaps.

  • Manage Partner Onboarding/Offboarding Process and serve as the in-region point of contact for channel sales.

  • Serve as data steward for accurate partner, prospect, and customer data within Salesforce.

  • Collaborate with legal and finance to structure custom quotes.

  • Review, document and track complex transactions within SFDC.

  • Provide guidance in defining, mapping, and documenting key sales operations process between opportunity creation and order entry in Salesforce.com.

  • Document and create knowledge repository for first-tier sales support. Able to identify documentation gaps and proactively update. 

  • Additional responsibilities as assigned by manager.

  • Act independently with general high-level direction.

  • Salesforce.com experience a plus

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3 + years’ experience in sales operations role

  • Undergraduate degree from an accredited university

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working remotely a plus
