Ansira is seeking a visionary Vice President of AI Transformation to lead our enterprise-wide AI initiatives, shaping the future of our business with cutting-edge technology and innovative strategies. This pivotal role demands a blend of technical expertise, strategic acumen, and leadership prowess to orchestrate AI integration across all business functions, deliver measurable value, and ensure ethical, responsible implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a multi-year AI transformation strategy, balancing immediate ROI-driven initiatives with long-term AI-first business transformation goals.

Technical Expertise & Oversight: Lead and guide technical teams to design, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure, and innovative AI solutions across business units.

Orchestration & Collaboration: Coordinate between technical teams, business leaders, and executives to ensure seamless integration of AI capabilities into core business functions.

Governance & Ethics: Establish and uphold governance frameworks, focusing on AI ethics, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Drive data governance initiatives to ensure responsible AI usage.

Organizational Enablement: Create AI Centers of Excellence, fostering cross-functional collaboration and accelerating AI skill development across the organization.

·Operational Deployment: Oversee large-scale AI deployments, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and achieve measurable business outcomes.
