Lithia & Driveway | Social Media Administrator


Location: Remote (Pacific or Mountain time zone)

Compensation: $20.00-23.50hr

Are you passionate about social media and digital brand management? We’re looking for a Social Media Administrator to support our Online Reputation and Brand team at Lithia & Driveway. In this role, you’ll handle key administrative functions, ensuring smooth access to social media profiles and review sites, troubleshooting access issues, managing profile acquisitions and divestitures, and supporting corporate social media requests. You’ll also play a critical role in paid social media advertising administration, including vendor onboarding, business suite organization, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate onboarding and access management for organic and paid social media vendors.
  • Manage access changes, additions, and cancellations for Lithia Motors teams and vendors.
  • Coordinate and document social media reputation management (SMRM) platform access and data.
  • Communicate and collaborate with vendors, platforms, and agencies as needed.
  • Work across departments, including LADTech, Marketing Managers, and In-Dealership teams.
  • Utilize WorkFront and Meta Business Suite to facilitate publishing and advertising requests.
  • Assist with Facebook and TikTok advertising setup and organization.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Active listening and communication skills to engage with cross-functional teams.
  • Critical thinking to troubleshoot access issues and improve processes.
  • Time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Comfortable working with various teams and external agencies.
  • 0-1 years’ experience in social media; automotive experience is a plus but not required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • Passion for social media trends and digital marketing.
  • Ability to write and think creatively.
