Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a/an Pricing Director

Reporting to the VP, Product Marketing and Business Development  the Pricing Director will identify and translate market opportunities and cost pressures into actionable recommendations to achieve company revenue, profit, and working capital targets.  The function of this role is to identify and translate market opportunities and cost pressures into actionable recommendations to achieve company revenue, profit, and working capital targets. This role will also support Global Account Managers and Critical Power Operations, through data analysis and market research, in finding new/underserved market opportunities, maximize penetration of existing customers and markets, and identify and drive profitability through price actions to maximize the profitability of the business by systematically employing key pricing levers.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Wlill support Global Account Managers and Critical Power Operations, through data analysis and market research, in finding new/underserved market opportunities.
  • Maximize penetration of existing customers and markets, and identify and drive profitability through price actions to maximize the profitability of the business by systematically employing key pricing levers.
  • Manage the pricing and reimbursement strategies for current and future projects and service engagements.
  • Analyze market drivers and competition to determine the price of exciting customer projects.
  • Deliver financial impact by collaborating with different stakeholders and developing new methods to evaluate project profitability and return on Flex investments.
  • Will be part of the recruitment, development, and retention of talented professionals to deliver best in class performance.
  • Collaborates with subject matter experts in the projects business and the commercial leadership team of ECP.
  • Responsible for supporting the development and management of performance scorecards (by customer and site) as well as setting performance targets for each.
  • Drive focus and alignment on targeted opportunities and present them to senior CP  leadership including CP leadership.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team,

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience
  • Strong capability in Power BI, configurator tools, ERP systems.
  • Availability to travel ( 30-50%)
  • Strong communication skills

Pay Range (Applicable to US Remote). Due to this role being remote, the actual pay range will vary depending on the geographical location of the candidate
$135,100.00 USD - $185,700.00 USD Annual
