The Opportunity:

Data Entry, Billing Auditor and Scheduling Coordinator must be highly organized and will be an intricate part of our dynamic ABA Therapy team. This position is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day business functions, providing support for both our clinical providers and clients. The ideal candidate will be skilled in data entry, billing auditing, and managing schedules, as well as navigating communication with team members, clients, providers, external vendors, and insurance companies.

This position is remote and offers you the flexibility of working from home.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Data Entry & EMR Management: Accurately input and update client and provider data in the Central Reach Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
• CRM Management: Monitor and manage internal CRM (MondayCRM) to ensure records are filled out and completed correctly.
• Audit Provider Notes: Review and audit notes submitted by therapy providers to ensure they are accurate, compliant, and submitted in a timely manner.
• Audit Billing Claims: Review and audit billing claims in the Central Reach EMR to ensure accuracy of session timing and general compliance.
• Scheduling Coordination: Work with therapy providers to schedule sessions, ensuring the correct match of skills and client needs. Adjust scheduling as necessary to accommodate cancellations or changes.
• Provider Cancellations: Handle provider cancellation calls, rescheduling appointments as needed, ensuring minimal disruption to client care.
• Authorization Submissions: Submit and track insurance authorizations, ensuring timely approval to prevent delays in services.
• Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring clear and efficient communication with providers, clients, and insurance companies.
• Multi-tasking & Organization: Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaboration & Support: Work closely with the management team and therapy staff to ensure optimal service delivery and coordination of client care.

To succeed in this role you will need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Experience working in an ABA therapy setting or healthcare administration is a plus.
• Clinical knowledge is a plus.
• Proficiency with EMR systems (Central Reach experience is highly desirable).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong ability to audit and ensure accuracy in documentation.
• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion when dealing with sensitive client and provider information.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Clinical experience

Service Fee:

Industry standards applicable to the state depending on work experience and level of expertise.

Hours:

US Eastern Standard Time (EST) - Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
