Purpose:
The Manager, Supplier Integration & Performance is responsible for planning and incorporation of innovation and new products of non-merchandise prospect suppliers and management of incumbent supplier products and labor into New Store & Visual Merchandising’s (NSVM) current and forecasted business activity. In addition, the role shall be responsible for all phases of supplier integration to ensure a pipeline of high-quality suppliers, protocol for holistic supplier qualification, mechanisms for sampling & testing, continuous improvement & standardization of product specifications, identification of cost out opportunities and final onboarding of new suppliers.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
The successful candidate shall oversee NSVM’s supplier integration function and continuously analyze current state activities while shaping the business case for identified needed changes to drive to “best in class” results.
