Job description

Overview:

We are looking for a motivated, energetic, self-starter with an interest in a career in Human Resources to join our dynamic team. As a People Experience Partner, you would be responsible for assisting various business units both for team members and leadership. The People Experience Partner will be responsible for all aspects of HR administration, processing, and reporting to include the management of employee information, data integrity and identifying and recommending any related process improvement opportunities. The People Experience Partner Level II should have proactive approach to working with their business leaders and employees.

Responsibilities:
  • Ability to provide coaching, assistance and guidance to business leaders and employees
  • Conduct thorough and objective investigations into employee relations issues, including employee grievances, harassment, and general concerns
  • Facilitate and develop training and development programs for all levels of employees
  • Make assessment on challenges with data trends for People related information and develop action plans to improve and resolve issues within business unit
  • Answer employee questions about People policies and procedures
  • Maintain strict confidentiality in all department and company matters
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws as well as actively understand changes in the legal landscape
  • Ability to provide coaching, assistance and guidance to business leaders and employees

  • Answer employee questions about People policies and procedures
  • Maintain strict confidentiality in all department and company matters
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws as well as actively understand changes in the legal landscape
  • Support new hire orientation as needed, team events and company-wide events
  • Administer and maintain People activities and programs; such as training and safety
  • Support benefits, payroll and other functions on the People Team
  • Ensure the relevant People processes and systems are up to date, accurate & complies with legislation
  • Assists in administration of compensation, compensation benchmarking and knowledgeable on benefit programs.
  • Assists with evaluation of employee performance and ability to evaluate risk and compliance for employment related decisions.
Qualifications:
  • 3 years’ experience in Human Resources Generalist or Business Partner role required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
  • SHRM certification preferred.

NDR role qualifications:

  • Possess strong analytic and problem-solving skills. 
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems. 
  • Skilled in professional communication across all levels of employees
  • Computer competency and ability to work with a computer.
  • Prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Punctuality expected, ready to report to work on a consistent basis.
  • Attain and maintain high performance expectations on a monthly basis.
  • Work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
  • Use and navigate multiple computer systems with exceptional multi-tasking skills.
  • Remain calm and professional during difficult discussions.
  • Take constructive feedback.
  • Available for full-time position, overtime eligible if classified non-exempt.

Compensation Information: Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for each position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with NYC law and the laws of other jurisdictions that may require a salary range in job postings. The salary for this position is $80,500 to $97,250. Benefits:
