About the client (Hyfin)

Hyfin is a cutting-edge contactless payment platform designed to help businesses get paid faster and more efficiently. With features like Automatic Dual Pricing, businesses can offer customers the flexibility to pay a lower price with cash or electronic checks while ensuring compliance through compliant surcharging for credit card transactions. Hyfin also supports convenience fees, enabling businesses to add a flat fee to every transaction, regardless of the payment method. The platform streamlines billing and collections with electronic invoicing via email, text, or online payment links, proactive reminders, and automatic past-due notifications. Additionally, Hyfin eliminates payment delays by providing tools for saved payment methods, automatic payments, and recurring payment plans, ensuring predictable and timely transactions for businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Extract details on inbound leads to equip the sales team with more information for a demo call.
  • Analyze lead details and follow qualification flow charts to decide whether a new inbound lead is qualified for the sales team.
  • Identify and research potential outbound leads for the sales team. This may involve using databases, online research tools, and other resources to find potential clients and customize outreach to their brand.
  • Manage and organize sales data. This may involve inputting data into databases, ensuring data accuracy, and creating reports and dashboards for the sales team.
  • Perform various administrative tasks such as drafting and responding to emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining sales records.
  • Conduct market research to help the sales team better understand their target audience, competitors, and industry trends. This may involve analyzing sales data, conducting surveys, and researching industry publications.
  • Support the sales team in their efforts to generate revenue. This may involve assisting with sales presentations, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with other departments.

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret and analyze data, identify trends and patterns, and draw meaningful insights from research findings. 
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to identify errors or inconsistencies in data
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Experience with Hubspot or other CRM a plus

Job specific requirements

  • 1-2 years prior Sales assistance or lead generation experience
  • Prior experience with CRM softwares
  • Excellent internet for video calls
  • Ability to work on the US time zones 
  • Excellent English, including understanding of a wide array of idioms (assessed via written, phone and video tests)
