Reporting to the Director, Talent Management, the Manager, Talent Management will play a pivotal role in crafting world class people programs that shape organizational culture and performance, ensuring a workplace where every employee feels energized, engaged, and inspired. As the Manager, Talent Management, you will design and deliver innovative talent programs that drive organizational performance, leadership excellence, and employee engagement, empowering our leaders and teams to achieve their full potential.
What You’ll Be Doing
Talent Management
- Lead the end-to-end execution of Spring Health’s performance management cycles with energy and precision—overseeing project management, training, reporting, calibration, goal setting, and seamless collaboration across teams, including People Business Partners and Total Rewards.
- Be a strategic partner in building scalable processes that elevate performance management, ensuring every detail is executed with excellence.
- Contribute to transformative talent management initiatives, including high-potential talent programs and succession planning, laying the groundwork for the organization’s future. Your efforts will help identify and nurture top talent, ensuring a strong and sustainable pipeline for long-term success.
- Empower managers to become champions of performance excellence and growth, equipping them with the skills and confidence to inspire and develop their teams.
Leadership Development
- Champion the growth of Spring Health’s internal manager programs, including GROVE and SpringWorks Internal, by designing impactful materials, driving program management, and delivering engaging facilitation experiences.
- Leverage data and insights to evaluate the effectiveness of leadership initiatives, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations for enhancing future leadership development programs.
- Act as a trusted team coach, partnering with leaders and teams to enhance team dynamics, strengthen a culture of thriving, and unlock team’s full potential.
- Develop and implement customized interventions to strengthen leadership capabilities, inspire excellence, and drive professional growth at all levels.
Onboarding
- In close collaboration with the Talent Management Specialist, oversee the end-to-end execution of Spring Health’s onboarding program, ensuring new hires feel welcomed, energized, and aligned with our mission.
- Partner with Talent Management Specialist in designing and continuously enhancing onboarding training curricula to align with our evolving needs as we grow and scale.
- Support Talent Management Specialist in the administration required to ensure programs run successfully - such as new hire communication, facilitation, system set up, etc.
- Continuously assess program effectiveness through thoughtful needs analyses, identifying innovative opportunities to create an unforgettable impact for new team members.
Learning & Development
- Oversee Spring EDU, Spring Health’s learning management system (LMS), ensuring it operates seamlessly and empowers employees with impactful, accessible learning experiences.
- Act as the primary liaison with cross-functional Learning & Development partners, fostering collaboration to align efforts, share best practices, and create cohesive learning strategies that drive success.
- Develop, manage, and scale various employee-led learning initiatives, devising a strategy and structure to drive strong impact
- Be a visionary in identifying gaps within our training programs and crafting bold, actionable plans to elevate their effectiveness and success.
- Define what success looks like for individual learning and development initiatives by setting clear KPIs, measuring outcomes, and continuously driving improvement to fuel organizational growth.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, utilizing exceptional consulting & coaching skills to uncover organizational needs, recommend tailored talent strategies, and influence key stakeholders with confidence.
- Partner cross-functionally to align talent and learning programs with Spring Health’s mission and priorities, ensuring they deliver measurable, lasting impact.

What We Expect From You
- 5+ years of experience in talent management, organizational development, learning & development, learning program management or related roles
- Proven track record of end to end experience building, launching, and managing large-scale learning and talent initiatives in a hyper-growth environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field required; Coaching or change management certification preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to design clear and aesthetically engaging learning content and resources, including digital tools
- Strong facilitation skills that are effective in both in-person and virtual formats
- Ability to analyze learning and development programs and provide end-to-end strategic recommendations
- Experience using LMS, LXP, eLearning/rapid authoring design tools
- Experience designing and delivering development programs and courses in multiple modalities, including face-to-face, live-online and self-paced learning using a variety of technologies
- Knowledge of learning and talent models and best practices, instructional design strategies, and learning assessment - and a natural curiosity for leveraging leading edge practices
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities, with a data-driven and evidence-based approach to decision making and influencing.
- Proven project management skills to drive initiatives to completion and manage fast-changing priorities
- A creative mindset, ability, and eye for detail

The target base salary range for this position is $129,780 - $162,230, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
