We are looking for a Logistics Manager with the following profile: dynamic, tech-savvy professional with proven 3PL (Third Party Logistics) experience, capable of managing complex logistics challenges in a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements

● Coordinate and optimize logistics processes with third-party providers

● Manage shipping schedules, monitor inventory levels, and ensure timely deliveries

● Analyze logistics performance and implement continuous improvements

● Develop and maintain strong relationships with service providers and internal teams

● 5 years total logistics experience (2 years specific experience in 3PL environments, preferably with Launch Fulfillment, Red Sky, Big Blue, or Ship Hub)

● Excellent communication and Excel skills

● Tech-savvy with strong analytical capabilities

● Proven ability to handle complex data analysis and make strategic projections

● Conduct research on innovative logistics solutions and emerging technologies

● Full professional proficiency in English
