Duties and Responsibilities:

Business-as-Usual (BAU) Process Management

  • Operational Consistency: Ensure seamless daily sales operations by managing system updates, generating routine reports, and verifying data accuracy.
  • Salesforce Management & Data Integrity: Regularly monitor and update our CRM (Salesforce), ensuring all records are accurate and up to date. This includes adding new leads, maintaining lead routing, assigning accounts to regional sales teams, and analyzing any potential issues.
  • Reporting: Generate and distribute sales performance reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, ensuring the information is precise and complete.
  • Salesforce Monitoring: Provide front-line support via Slack to resolve or investigate any CRM-related issues raised by the Sales team.

Process Documentation

  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for global and regional sales operations teams, ensuring consistency across all teams.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams like Global Partner Marketing Operations, Global Sales Enablement, and Regional Sales Operations to define responsibilities and establish clear process execution and handover guidelines.

Data Quality and Integrity

  • Perform data entry and validation, ensuring all data in sales systems or reports is accurate and current. Help address and resolve any discrepancies in sales data.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical thinker with a strategic approach.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on precise analysis.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team leads and managers.
  • Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Process-driven, with a solid understanding of operational workflows.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a BPO environment.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Salesforce).
  • Familiar with sales processes, CRM systems, and sales performance metrics.
