JOB FUNCTIONS

Brand Asset Management:

  • Serve as the Digital Asset Manager, maintaining, updating, and organizing brand assets.
  • Ensure all new product copy, tone, voice, packaging copy, and assets are created, updated, and distributed across team resources.
  • Maintain the organization, creation, and flow of brand assets cross-departmentally.

Brand Execution Support:

  • Assist in minor design projects as needed.
  • Assist in photoshoot planning including mood boards, shot list and day-of execution.
  • Help maintain Schilling’s digital presence across e-retailers and distributor sites to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Work closely with the brand team to understand and showcase the brand’s tone and voice in short-form copywriting.

Collaboration and Organization:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain cohesive messaging.
  • Be SUPER organized, ensuring deadlines and project timelines are consistently met.

Requirements

Experience  

  • 1-2 years of Professional In-house Branding/Marketing or Agency experience is required 
  • Proficient in Adobe Create Suite is a must 
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formatting and using basic formulas. 
  • Experience in CPG a plus

  • Must be located in WA or OR
  • Must be 21+ years of age 
  • Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 with a booster shot completed 
  • Lead by example and taking initiative; be outgoing and approachable

  • Work independently and as part of the team 
  • Be an energetic, organized, and motivated problem solver

Benefits

  • Starting salary $65,000-$70,000 depending on experience and qualifications
